Improve and communicate a robust employer brand
Create and manage an excellent talent pipeline
Create engaging employer branding campaigns across all channels including the website, social media and hiring platforms Partner with department Heads to identify their talent needs, supporting them in driving the process change towards empathy based interviews
End to end recruitment of staff including sourcing, screening and interviewing
Supporting performance appraisals
Be a self-starter
Have a background in recruitment and be a confident recruiter and communicator
