In order to expand our activities and capitalize on our existing client base, we are looking for our next Talent Acquisition Specialist who would be based in Tunisia.
In this role you will be a Talent Acquisition Specialist, interviewing and selecting the best candidates for your international clients.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be in charge of :
Sourcing, leading interviews, references checking… You will have access to the best recruitment tools on the market and you will be also supported by an amazing sourcing team to ensure your success!
Participating to the recruitment meetings to ensure the follow-up of your on process candidates
Reporting regularly on qualitative and quantitative based performane and their analysis
You will also be a Business Partner by :
Understanding and challenging new business needs; defining a proactive Recruitment and Sourcing strategy
Working as a team with your clients, the managers and other TA teams
Handling multi-location recruitment projects.Developping a candidate network, by spotting expert candidates actively looking on the market today or available in the near future
Acting as a unique qualitative spokesperson to your clients and candidates in order to deepen relationships with them
Participating in every step of the recruitment process from need definition to best candidates’ selection
Becoming a recruitment expert on a specific sector and on different roles and markets
You act as a real business partner to find the best candidates for your clients thanks to the knowledge you gained on markets’ business situation, positions and technologies.
We are looking for curious candidates; with background in recruitment, human resources or sales to join us.
You are fluent in French and in English.
An entrepreneurial spirit and a business development mind-set would be appreciated: to create and maintain qualitative relationships with your different point of contacts.
Your expertise will allow your clients to maximize their chances in quickly finding the best talent and fit for their needs; helping them to grow their market.
