- Troubleshooting and repair of faults on ATM.
- Ensuring Optimal protection of all Terminals been supported.
- Identification, eliminating and fixing of defective additives on ATM Terminals.
- Ensuring Customer satisfaction always.
- Interpretation and resolution of predominant faults on ATM Terminals.
- Train ATM Custodians on the way to remedy first degree ATM issues.
- Work with Branch Custodians to make sure able & thorough Tier 1 assist and fashionable preservation of ATMs.
- Software Installation and Configuration of ATM Terminals.
- Work continuously with the support table to make sure ATM availability in any respect time.
- Troubleshooting and resolving all community related demanding situations.
- Ensure proper documentation of common technical issues and resolutions.
- Handle call offerings on weekends and public holidays whilst assigned.
