Job Description

  • Raising of sales invoices.
  • Capturing of supplier invoices and goods receive vouchers.
  • Processing journal entries.
  • Preparing creditors reconciliations.
  • Daily cash up's and petty cash reconciliations; (cash, cards, accounts).
  • Reconciling inventory balances and dealing with any stock issues.
  • Managing of inventory - stock takes, stock adjustments, returns etc.
  • Processing payments from the bank accounts plus reconciliations.
  • Other Admin related duties.
