Job Description

  • Schedule appointments and replace occasion calendars, Book journey preparations and Maintain contact lists.
  • Edit company’s correspondence and make certain record accuracy and Assist within the instruction of frequently scheduled reports.
  • Order office supplies and studies new deals and providers.
  • Maintain databases and filing structures, whether or not electronic or paper
  • Liaise with govt and senior administrative assistants to deal with requests and queries from senior managers, other responsibilities as assignee and Write and distribute e mail, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and shape.

Requirements:

  • BSc/HND diploma in Administration or associated subject/ OND.
  • 2-3 years experience in comparable position expertise of office management systems and procedure and Excellent verbal exchange and interpersonal capabilities.
