Job Description
- To apply architectural training, techniques, tools, knowhow and resources to problem solving, specifications and successfully execute tasks.
- Application of company products and system information in solving of technical inquiries and development of specifications.
- To work cross functionally with sales and customer service centre to meet customer request.
- To stay abreast in application, use and installation of all company products and systems.
- To escalate potential risks and opportunities to management.
- To maintain and produce monthly KPI and performance reports.
- Minimum tertiary qualification in Architecture or Building Technology
Specific Work Experience, Knowledge and Skills required to fulfil the role:
- 1-2yrs experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor
- 1-2yrs experience in architectural technician role.
- Effective oral and written communication in professional and lay domains
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Good eye for detail and understanding of building design.
- Pro-active demeanour
- Professional use and management of information.
- Basic Technical Knowledge and experience – systems, product.
