Job Description

  • He should be self initiator, innovative and desirable time supervisor.

  • He have to have computer competency to thoroughly control files and budget to ensure effective verbal exchange between DPs.
  • This consists of having top competencies and competencies on electronic mail systems utilization and Microsoft Office Suite of programmes potential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and so on.).   
  •  Should be a Tanzania Proactive and dedicated guy/female Fluent in each written and spoken English language is important.
  • He must be a good communicator, exquisite in making plans and logistics .
  • Ability to put in writing and publish complete narrative and monetary reviews as in keeping with the timeline.
  •  Ability to work beneath strain and extra mile going attitudes.
  •  Familiar to various social and economic improvement stakeholder boards.

  •  Experience of at least years in the similar function.
  •  Experience with donor funded international and local programs and deliverables is suitable.
  • Experience in running with “Not for Profit” businesses is a plus.
  • Points A graduate in Agribusiness, Accounting, Business Administration, Agricultural popular and Human Resource Management or comparable training background are required.
  • Postgraduate diploma in Programs control, Agribusiness, Development studies, Administration could be an added gain.
