Job Description
- Customer Relationship Management - Account profile, Opp. & Quote.
- Optimizes margin by means of ensuring an appropriate price is quoted.
- Provides different facts (LT, incoterm time period, MOQ, etc) as required with the aid of the ODM to area their order.
- Conducts large research in the Model N rate quote machine and coordination with discipline income and clients.
- Maintains correct quote facts in Model N for reporting functions.
- Order Management (Sample, Price launch, Order entry, Backlog confirmation/Reschedule, Shipment expedite/notification)
- Sales Administration Support - assist CEM(Client Engagement Manager) to provide important income reviews, forecast access.
Requirements:
- Knowledge, Skills & Education
- College graduate
- At least three years running experience in income/advertising/customer support associated field.
- Experience in Electronics/Semiconductor enterprise preferred.
- Proficient within the use of Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication talents.
- Excellent agency competencies.
- Knowledge of BAAN order access system desired.
- Knowledge of Model N fee quote device desired.
- Must be carrier orientated.
