- To manage a portfolio of audits and to ensure that the quality the audits are effectively and efficiently managed within the allocated resource.
- To attend to requests of the Directors relating to audits.
- To manage audit teams’ performance and implement a culture of performance management.
- Ability to take full ownership of work responsibility.
- Good problem solving, time management and delegation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure
