Job Description
Reporting to Audit Manager, the job holder may be required to offer independent and objective warranty on the effectiveness of risk management, manipulate and governance processes to feature fee and improve enterprise’s operations.
Operations Audits Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute in conducting danger assessment for assigned audit assignments.
- Perform audit processes to give guarantee on effectiveness and performance of manipulate surroundings, and compliance to KCB Group regulations and Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) Prudential hints.
- Documents the effects of audit work in accordance with internal audit pointers and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) requirements.
- Review and compare the machine of internal controls and examine their adequacy and effectiveness and advocate fee adding hints for upgrades.
- Document findings and communications at the results of labor executed, for assessment by way of the Audit supervisor.
Qualifications for the Operations Audits Job:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Related discipline from a college identified by means of Commission for University Education.
- Must Possess CPA/ACCA, and CIA/CISA/ACIB, qualification
- Master’s degree is an added gain
- Proficiency in the use of audit control software e.g TeamMate
- A minimal 6 years’ revel in covering 2 years in Internal Audit and/or four years in outside audit or wellknown banking.
- Experience in implementing/managing a procedure framework and governance at corporation stage.
- Excellent Customer Service talents.
- Demonstrated management ability.
- Strong Business and Financial Analytical capabilities.
