Job Description
- Driving CRM adoption, ensuring training is complete,
population is thorough and usage metrics is achieved.
- Ensure CRM programme is being used effectively to drive
achievement of revenue, margin and goals.
- Elevate critical issues and specific needs to global;
align global roadmap to Area focus.
- Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in
the development of new reporting tools as needed.
- Monitor and guide manager's cadence processes.
- Develop and implement programs to help the field be more
efficient and allow more time in front of customers.
- Development and execution of Business Reviews.
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process
improvement.
- Work closely with sales management to inspect sales
process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement.
- Facilitate continuous process of improving profitability
on our current customer base.
