Job Description

  • Driving CRM adoption, ensuring training is complete, population is thorough and usage metrics is achieved.
  • Ensure CRM programme is being used effectively to drive achievement of revenue, margin and goals.
  • Elevate critical issues and specific needs to global; align global roadmap to Area focus.
  • Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Monitor and guide manager's cadence processes.
  • Develop and implement programs to help the field be more efficient and allow more time in front of customers.
  • Development and execution of Business Reviews.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement.
  • Facilitate continuous process of improving profitability on our current customer base.
