• Understand their business needs and customize solutions to match those business processes.
  
• Create process flow maps to guide the integration of ZOHO ONE’s applications.
  
• Work closely with the team to ensure that the customised version of ZOHO ONE communicates with the organisations systems.
  
• Provide internal training on what has been created.
  

Minimum Requirements:

• ZOHO ONE Certified
  
• Must have previous experience customizing ZOHO ONE
  
• Be able to customise fields in the ZOHO CRM
• Implement security management
• Perform data administration tasks in ZOHO
• Automate sales activities in ZOHO
• Integrate websites with ZOHO CRM
• Integrate ZOHO CRM with external applications
