Job Description

  • Plan and oversee strategic operational and administrative programs, projects and services of broad significance to the organization within the designated functional area of focus.
  • Provide strategic advise and recommendations to MANCO in the development, implementation and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practises and procedures on campus level.
  • Managing campus assets and the asset register through the procurement officer
  • Managing and maintenance of campus facilities.
  • Ensuring the integrity, accuracy and security of all operations and procurement documentaion.
  • Managing the efficient use of lecture venues and facilities.
  • Manage and provide daily leadership to various technical, professional and administrative engaged in specified project activities.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role with 2 years supervisory experience.
