Job Description
- Plan and oversee strategic operational and administrative programs, projects and services of broad significance to the organization within the designated functional area of focus.
- Provide strategic advise and recommendations to MANCO in the development, implementation and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practises and procedures on campus level.
- Managing campus assets and the asset register through the procurement officer
- Managing and maintenance of campus facilities.
- Ensuring the integrity, accuracy and security of all operations and procurement documentaion.
- Managing the efficient use of lecture venues and facilities.
- Manage and provide daily leadership to various technical, professional and administrative engaged in specified project activities.
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role with 2 years supervisory experience.
