Ensure a world-class operations functions that meet internal/ customer's requirement Run the bank across all non-sales functions( in particular strong focus required on the system and channel stability, customer experience, information technology disaster recovery and business continuity management, meeting regulatory requirements and co-ordinate running of the bank across all operations functions) .
