Job Description
- Receive and redirect customer complaints / requests to the departments concerned.
- Make the seizure of complaints about the system.
- Ensure the repatriation of products.
- Be proactive in finding technical or commercial solutions.
- Keeping the customer / consumer from complaining and taking feedback.
- Manage the relationship with customers either as part of a physical reception or by mail / phone.
Qualification and Skills:
- Hold a School Certificate.
- Have a successful experience of 2 years minimum in customer relations
- Master English and French
- Master computer tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
