Job Description
- Oversee Consistent management of the relationship with the client to high standards.
- Management of required detail to close off.
- Interface with client and key account managers and dedicated co-ordinators.
- Identifies client requirements and execution of client requirements.
- Determines availability and promotes company services.
- Mediates process, resolves issues.
- Executes client management within the service level agreement.
- Play major role in providing client consultation and together with client services team, delivers on client requirements.
- Knowledge and awareness of clients organization and structure.
- Staying aware of client news and changes.
- Maintenance of client records and updating of changes.
- Communicates, monitors and assures accurate billing procedures.
- Establishes and promotes goodwill with customer.
- Reviews client history and contacts customer as follow up activity.
- Financial controls and ensuring responsible budget management at all levels.
- Analyze and interpret key account performance information and ensure daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of relevant performance metrics
- Ensures the company is legally compliant.
- Effectively communicates client requirements to operations and logistics.
- Receive Client Planning requirements and translate into actionable understandable plans with realistic close off as required.
- Self-measurement on service levels and presentation to directors.
