- Proactive management/maintenance for client's environments.

- Ensure operational efficiency of clients and IT escalations support

- Improve desktop support and other end user services through documentation and processes
- Understanding, enforcing and living by best practice methodologies

- Specialist Technical Skills Required:
- Ability to design and deploy effective cloud and hybrid solutions for large enterprises.
- Perform WAN routing configurations
- Perform switch level configurations and LAN routing
- Able to troubleshoot WAN/LAN connectivity issues
- Able to monitor/troubleshoot connectivity issues using performance management tools.
- Must be strong in documentation.
- Must be able to interpret key performance metrics to optimize service levels.
- Deliver the highest levels of network service to supporting users and applications.
- Good understanding of Azure cloud services.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Server infrastructure.
