- Leading the set up the hazard and compliance function for any new price range, which include manuals and templates.
- Collating and updating hazard management equipment at programme and grantee level.
- Overseeing danger profiling of grantees the usage of agreed method in liaison with the Project Managers.
- Evaluating grantee threat profiles, and recommending publications of movement for excessive risk initiatives to the choice-making bodies for the distinct Funds.
- Reviewing and recommending adjustments or updates in policy and manner manuals such as grantee manuals for the one of a kind Funds.
- Supporting the program groups to internalize threat and compliance strategies thru mastering hours and other progressive strategies.
- Grantee Contract and Compliance Management .
- Reviewing grantee contracting files and advise upgrades;
- Monitoring the contracts of grantees and make certain that cut-off dates for this are met.
- Monitoring implementation by using grantee in collaboration with the Grants and Monitoring and Evaluation groups.
- Reviewing selected requests for disbursements from grantees; and appearing periodic grantee performance critiques.
- Assessments Overseeing grantee checks which include pre-provide fiduciary hazard and organizational assessments.
- Providing oversight to the assessments crew.
- Conducting continuous improvement of the assessment system, equipment and methodologies.
- Coordinating of assessments across the Tohara Plus fund control portfolio and leading, or helping the development of applicable idea management work. Risk, Compliance and Assessments Team Management .
- Providing oversight and overall performance management to the Risk, Compliance and Assessment group members.
- Ensuring that implementation standards are maintained throughout engagements and could report any exceptions.
