Job Description

• The primary function of this position is to manage the construction of the two plant during the full cycle of the construction. 

• The incumbent will manage the client, suppliers, sub-contractors and local partners, project expectations and controls. 

• Report internally and externally to appropriate stakeholders and manage project team and oversees project progress through all phases of the project.

• He must be fluent in French language.
