- Leading, motivating and coordination a big numerous group
- Practical trouble-solver.
- Assign tasks/jobs to production devices.
- Refine creation jobs to make sure the easy jogging and of completion of contracts on time and inside finances.
- Monitor the finances vs actual value of each site.
- Ensure that price versions (contingencies, scope modifications, variation orders etc.) are manner timeously.
- Compliancy – BIBC, Health & Safety, Sub Contractors and many others.
- Update management gadget on a weekly basis and monthly reviews to senior control
- Ensure that manufacturing techniques observe standards, first-class of labor and specifications.
