Job Description
- Handle Inbound and Outbound local calls, enquiries and complaints from local customers in Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Iraq.
- Responsible person to call undelivered and returned shipment in respective country.
- Assist local logistic to reship those orders re-confirmed the address or given alternative shipping address in daily basis.
- Informing IR of the shipment details such Airway Bill Number and/or where to collect the shipment.
- To monitor the shipment locally to prevent returning the shipment.
- Handle product pick up at Agent Office in respective country.
- Ensuring documents are sufficient and valid in every product pick up.
- To ensure proper recording on daily shipment, return shipment and stock count.
- Checking and liaising with the courier, logistic in UAE for any other shipment concern.
- Liaising and communicating with GSC in UAE for any other IR’s enquiries and complaints.
- Ensuring all IR’s concern are promptly handled
- Prepare regular report on activities, challenge(s),and achievements in daily & monthly.
- Proposed solutions with action plan.
- Provide updated report on the progress to management.
- Other Ad hoc duties which may be assigned.
