  • Maintains everyday telephonic contact with a defined portfolio of customers to replace data, hold relationships and acquire increase of service services.
  • Captures and keeps accurate client facts on the agency’s device.
  • Extracts carrier data from the gadget for the sales teams for income and services purposes.
  • Prepares index reports and any advert hoc reporting requests on new documentation received for shipping to clients.
  • Accurately files patron contracts and related facts on an ongoing basis.
