Job Description
- Drawing, compiling and interpreting various reports across the business.
- Performing regional specific system data updates.
- Liaising with the Voltex IT Department to assist with the logging of calls.
- A valid grade 12 certificate.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hardware and software support knowledge.
- Computer literate, specifically excel and word competencies must be above average.
- Kerridge or ERP systems experience would be an advantage.
- Relevant experience and skills in IT technology.
- Good knowledge of IT best practice and procedures.
