Job Description

  • Client Server tracking: Rapid Response errors managing and troubleshooting.
  • IMQS Web Application: Server set-up, software program deployments, records imports and situation count updates.
  • Operational documentation: developing and updating of documentation on Confluence.
  • On-internet site on-line person assist, network evaluation for implementation readiness, set-up available UAT and Production environments with the manual of the customer.
  • Create and replace network diagrammes.
  • Draft technical (IT) SLAs, workshop SLA with purchaser IT and Project Manager, tune sign-off machine and document evaluations.
  • Compile tips on migrating current as-is environments to to-be environments.
  • Liaise with purchaser IT on device audits and findings; recommend corrective measures and help in imposing.
  • Provide baseline schooling to IT Departments (user control, first line troubleshooting).
  • Attend consumer (mission) IT conferences and offer written feedback from those meetings to the Head of Operations.
  • Remain responsible for the purchaser’s environment put up-implementation.
  • Compile hardware, community and technical requirements for every new IMQS product providing (consider cellular equipment, plug-ins, integration responsibilities, and many others.).  
  • Share all of the above with Sales/Project/Account Management Teams.
  • Provide inputs to the Project Schedules and Project Plans for all new responsibilities.
  • Contribute to product excellence through supplying comments to improvement organizations.
  • Above not unusual verbal exchange capabilities.
  • The willingness to journey & provide after-hour guide.
  • The willingness to be upskilled and help the team in times whilst time limits are looming.
