Job Description

  • Planning, coordination and implementation of project sports.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual work plans and budgets, such as mile stones.
  • Implementation of activities as indicated in paintings plans.
  • Preparation of concept papers, technical documents and presentations.
  • Preparation of specified budgets for task sports and supervision/control of the timely provision of finances, substances and offerings for the implementation of task sports.
  • Backstopping / advising of companions and grantees on technical problems.
  • Provision of technical inputs and facilitation of meetings with mission partners.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of partners sports.
  • Writing of stories and mission documentations.
  • Local, regional / country wide coordination meetings with government and development partners.
  • Identifying the needs for assistance and funding of companion establishments and NGOs.
  • Contributes information, thoughts, comments and instructions learned to the programme crew for continuous getting to know, improvement and innovation.
  • Develops and maintains contact with all crucial stakeholders.
  • Provides technical help to nearby and worldwide specialists engaged through RFBCP.
  • Ensures know-how control through amassing, processing and distributing relevant facts.
  • Promotes and represents the programme, its sports and the enterprise in applicable fora.
