Job Description
- Be responsible for the overall customer experience on the website.
- Creates and maintains an online promotional and marketing calendar to ensure synergy between offline and online activities.
- Establishes a series of internal processes and planning techniques to ensure that product catalogue data & content is acquired and published in a timely efficient and quality-controlled manner.
- Works with the Marketing team to develop and deploy content to support marketing activities, promotions and special events.
- Works cross-functional with the marketing Teams, Acquisition Executive and Online Order Executive to ensure customer satisfaction levels are continually attained and improved upon.
- Evaluates techniques and strategies to improve website sales, conversion rates and customer engagement levels by using reporting and analytical tools to drive decisions and outputs.
- Co-ordinates and liaises with external partners and suppliers to ensure there is a clear and scalable website development roadmap.
- Maintains an excellent level of service, professionalism and support to the business.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Management, marketing or equivalent.
- 4+ years’ experience in Ecommerce, web development or digital management and within a retail environment.
- Candidate profile:
- Good interpersonal skills and solid experience in growing and managing a team of people.
- Strong analytical skills and an advocate for data-driven actions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
