- Monitor and file on the task activities and ensure compliance with plans and NRC standards.
- Work with the network education committees in the making plans and enrollment of the activities.
- Distribute and display the usage of school materials in line with procedures.
- Suggest new methods and methods so one can enhance the pleasant of the sports.
- Report all safety related issues. Carry out facts series as required.
- Prepare and report applicable files as required by way of line manager.
- Responsible for community mobilization/sensitization on AEP and other related activities whilst ensuring community participation and ownership of this system. Provide on-web site assist supervision and comments to AEP instructors and Head teachers.
- Carry domestic visits to AEP inexperienced persons and participate in discussing problems that have an effect on the kid as a mentoring system.
- Liaise with network leaders to make sure that out of college youngsters gain from AEP sports.
- Identify network worries that avert the enrolment of youngsters in AEP, retention and final touch and advocate measures to deal with them.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sports within every AEP school with relevant data.
- Inspect and supervise regularly all of the AEP centers/schools.
- Ensure a constructive co-operation with local government and host faculties in implementing AEP activities.
- Assist in identity and registration of AEP rookies (database) .
- Assist in updating AEP learners’ and instructors’ statistics base.
- Participate in applicable meetings e.G. Toddler safety conferences.
- Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Education Project Assistant
- Need to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education Experience from operating with training tasks in a humanitarian/recuperation context .
- Previous experience from working in complex and unstable contexts
- Documented effects related to the placement’s responsibilities .
- Some know-how of English Personal Qualities.
- Planning and turning in results Empowering and constructing believe
- Communicating with impact and appreciate.
- Demonstrable care and love for kids/newcomers.
