- Minimum five (5) years design experience electrical and electronic services projects.
- Proven construction monitoring and contract administration experience.
- Electrical Building Services design (MV & LV).
- Electronic Building Services design (fire detection, access control, CCTV, data, BMS etc).
- Prepare specification, tender and contract documents for construction work.
- Successfully plan, organize,manage and control projects.
- Present GIBB capabilities to prospective clients.
- Training and mentoring junior electrical staff.
