Job Description

  • Planning and managing an event from theory thru to staging and make sure that the event can provide in opposition to set logo goals.
  • Liaise with various function-gamers; attend activities for set-up /strike-off and facilitate the easy execution of the occasion.
  • Work closely with relevant emblem groups on all occasion briefs, implementation and gift publish occasion assessment.
  • Planning and arranging of POS and ROI wanted for occasions.
  • Planning and co-ordination of all infrastructure such as bloodless area (refrigerators).
  • Planning and co-ordinating of Promotional Liquor orders for events
  • Develop and put together annual occasion calendar liaising with relevant logo teams.
  • Present and conceptualise creative occasion ideas and opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification – diploma / diploma
  • 3-five years events management revel in;
  • Decision making and venture control competencies
  • Computer literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Basic SAP Knowledge;
  • Excellent communique abilties with the capability to barter at all levels
  • Good Team player, and ability to build robust relationships and work in cross useful tiers
  • Need to tour often and work after hours and weekends
