- Ensure continuous and thorough training of sales reps through E-learning and working with the Training Manager. For them to master the product knowledge.
- Motivating, mentoring and ensuring high energy levels of the team members.
- Sales and recruitment target achievement.
- Sourcing for new business as a team.
- Review of files from Loans Officers before Data entry.
- Timely submission of reports that is sales, marketing and training reports.
- People management regarding HR issues in the team via reports.
- Coordination of marketing activities in the team.
- Ensure all funds deducted from Platinum Credit Customers are collected from the respective votes under your supervision.
- Supporting and ensuring the Credit Officer achieve the retail sales targets.
- Improve the welfare of your staff through the company welfare scheme and the staff Sacco.
- Ensure that your Branch premises and staff are presentable and portraying the desired company image.
