Job Description
- Answering incoming calls ,taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- Dealing with email enquiries.
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
- General office management such as ordering stationary.
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
- Management of office equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
- Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
- Managing clerical or other administrative staff.
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
- Provide administrative support for operations team.
- Monitor the production staff.
- Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers.
- Arranging both internal and external events.
Qualification and Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND / Degree is required
