Job Description

  • Answering incoming calls ,taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Dealing with email enquiries.
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
  • General office management such as ordering stationary.
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
  • Management of office equipment.
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
  • Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
  • Managing clerical or other administrative staff.
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
  • Provide administrative support for operations team.
  • Monitor the production staff.
  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers.
  • Arranging both internal and external events.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • A minimum of an HND / Degree is required
