Job Description
- Lead and take responsibility of the development of Operational Budgets.
- Lead the production team on the Biological , Abattoirs and SHEQ.
- Lead the SHEQ team to achieve successful results and resolutions to complaints.
- Lead the Biological and Abattoirs teams in all aspects of customer management, with specific intent of showcasing the technical and quality aspects of the company being on par with its competitors.
- To be responsible for the setting of individual and department goals
- To perform department heads performance reviews.
- KPI’s based on Parent Stock levels, fertility, mortality, cost of production etc.
- Responsible for the key customer contracts for production.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Degree in Operations Management, Finance, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering – Essential.
- Practical experience 10 years in operations management – Essential.
- Practical experience of Parent Stock or Broiler production – Preferred.
- MBA will be an added advantage
- Ability to lead and manage a large team for at least 5 years – Essential.
- Fluent in English and preferably some understanding of one local language.
