Job Description
- Supervising and overseeing the route of the assignment (or a bundle), ensuring that the purchaser’s specifications and necessities are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to reveal charges.
- liaising with the client, other construction specialists and, on occasion, members of the general public.
- coordinating and supervising creation employees.
- selecting tools and materials.

- checking and preparing web site reviews, designs and drawings.

Qualification and Experience:
- National Diploma in Building or similar
- Between 5 and 10 years’ experience in a site management role working across border
- Excellent project and administration skills
- MS Project proficiency (expert level)
