Job Description

• Direct supervision of Extrusion section employees to include: managing the team, scheduling, assigning work and ensuring quality control during production.

• Ensure daily shift goals and metrics of the extrusion jobs are met with process adherence.

• Ensure Extrusion jobs are done to approved specifications.

• Ensure quality jobs that meet customer requirement.

• Develop and document SOPs for the all the extrusion processes .

• Ensure daily shift goals and metrics of the Extrusion jobs are met with process adherence.

• Monitoring of the extrusion processes to minimize waste.

• Monitor and control of Extrusion session production cost including manpower cost. 

• Participate in interviewing, selecting and training new employees n SOPs.

• Coach and mentor employees and administer disciplinary action when needed.

• Handle second party audits and closed out non-conformities from audits
