Job Description
- To ensure strategic administration of the farm by planning, budgeting, monitoring and documenting all the yields for the sustainability of the farm.
- Support in the development and preparation of currently used land for farming purposes.
- Ensure regular repair and maintenance of farm buildings, machinery and equipment.
- Ensure line management, regular training and capacity building of the subordinates.
- Ensure quality of the farm products.
