Job Description
- Ensures the deployment of Field Processing staff and resources to ensure timely flow of cases, in coordination with Programs Management.
- Delegates and oversees Field Processing staff participation and performance on Field Processing related projects.
- Liaises with vendors in the field to decrease costs associated with Pre-screening and Adjudication in coordination with Logistics and tracks lunches/tea administered.
- Oversees contractor activities including hiring and payment of interpreters and other vendors.
- Schedules and facilitates circuit ride briefings and debriefings when needed.
- Develops and updates Standard Operating Procedures related to circuit ride preparation to enhance consistency and coordination.
- Oversees the scheduling of eligible individuals for Field Processing training in collaboration with the Scheduling Department.
- Assists in organizing the hiring and training of Field Processing staff.
- Maintains records of all correspondence with partners.
