Job Description

  • Open the reception vicinity promptly at targeted establishing time and secure the reception location after final time.
  • Answer and direct all calls in an efficient, accurate, professional and excellent way.
  • Greet and help all visitors.
  • Maintain and distribute traveller protection badges according with protection policies.
  • Understand and observe office protection tactics.
  • Notify recipients upon receipt of faxes, tickets and different deliveries.
  • Place faxes in worker mailboxes for the duration of of business day
  • Maintain convention room schedules for the facility.
  • Sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Relief switchboard obligations.
  •  Relief assembly room concierge
  • Housekeeping of meeting/board/demo rooms.
  • Verify receipt of all deliveries prior to signing supplier transport tickets/logs.
  • Maintain correct mail distribution statistics; bundle recipients want to sign for deliveries.
  • Keep accurate log of deliveries for assessment with the aid of office manager or facility supervisor
  • Secure all deliveries as required.
  •  Report problems as required, clear up or coordinate decision for all convention scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensure all gadget is operational; report & look at upkeep as required.
  • Welcome all site visitors to Oracle
  • Must be pleasant and a peoples man or woman
  • Must have consumer care experience
  • Assist with the bookings of meeting rooms for inner body of workers and external companions and clients.
  • Liaise with cleansing team of workers to make certain that housekeeping of all of the assembly rooms are finished and the waiting area is easy.
  • Liaise with the canteen to make sure that every one catering orders arrive on time
  • Managing of all meeting rooms.
  • Assist with Conference calls whilst the need arises.

Requirements:

  • 2 Years reception/similar experience
  • Ability to paintings underneath strain
  • Excellent English communication competencies, both written & verbal.
  • Computer Literate - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and deal with more than one obligations.
  • Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate operating knowledge of workplace system.
  • Well-groomed and pleasant always.
