- Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
- This position will ensure financial sustainability for the organisation by securing funding and technical resources for Sauti za Busara festivals, building long-term partnerships with local and international donors and sponsors, and advising on growing self-generated revenues. In addition, the position will be responsible for annual budget planning, execution and reporting.
