- Work closely with
management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and
increase productivity and retention .
- Monitor and
report on workforce and succession planning .
- Expand existing
business and provide feedback to product managers.
- Identify potential new business opportunities
and provide the appropriate solutions .

responsible for achieving annual performance metrics for new business sales,
