Job Description
- Work closely with
management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and
increase productivity and retention .
- Monitor and
report on workforce and succession planning .
- Expand existing
business and provide feedback to product managers.
- Identify potential new business opportunities
and provide the appropriate solutions .
- Will be
responsible for achieving annual performance metrics for new business sales,
call expectations, and retention of strategic client relationships .
- Developing new client relationships Client
relationship management .
- Write
winning proposals to potential partners and clients .
- Promote and sell our
services, produce weekly reports to measure key performance indicators.
Additional Qualification and skills:
- A minimum of a
degree in related field
- At least 1-3 years work experience
