- To provide support and assistance to the current Operational team. The incumbent will be expected to successfully implement HR Strategy and deliver HR services within the organisation. The responsibilities include but not limited to business partnering.
- Organisational design, recruitment and selection, employment equity plans implementation and reporting, benefits management and administration, employee relations, performance management, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, HR systems reporting.
