Advertising jobs on all applicable media.
Shortlisting candidates applying on-line and via email;
Developing HR tools to run psychometric assessments, competency checks and commitment assessments;
Invigilate assessments given to incoming tutors to check competency;
Orientate incoming tutors;
Compile monthly reports to Directors on which tutors are needed for which branches;
Rank tutors if you want to praise performing tutors, and empower low appearing tutors.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management (Management Degree with electives in HR);
At least a yr revel in running for a reputable agency;
Understanding the HR surroundings;
Experience running with HR gear such as psychometric assessments and competency checks, (e,g Gusto, Zoho, Bamboo, or any other better platform)
