Job Description

  • Ensures new employee documents are updated, with all recruitment documentation filed.
  • Liaises with Human Resources Business Partners and ensures new employee records is efficaciously entered into HRMIS and payroll.
  • Liaises with Departmental Heads and ensures the onboarding processes of recent team of workers is in accordance with strong onboarding coverage.
  • Liaises with Human Resources Business Partners and guarantees new hires have set probationary overall performance goals within weeks of assumption of duty and end of probation confirmations are timely performed.

  • QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and process forums.
  •  Willingness to understand the responsibilities and capabilities of various roles.
  • Working information of recruitment assessment portals and databases .
  • Well-prepared A chief and strategic philosopher BSc/BA in applicable area and a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • Masters can be an delivered advantage.
  • 7 years’ revel in, 3 of which should be in a supervisory role.
