Job Description

  • Leading FMCG Company is looking for an HR Systems and Analytics Manager. A self Starter with great attention to detail with the ability to report to Management in a concise manner. Someone with Strong systems and IT aptitude. Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. Task focused and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Details of the position include, HR Analytics, Providing management support to the human resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics. Support business leadersip to identify business challenges. Design, populate and maintain HR dashboards. Define mechanisms to monitor and improve reporting.
  • HR system development, Optimisation and support. To be the responsible person for all internal and external partner relationships and communication, manage the support team and maintain service levels to business.
  • HR Administration. Drive annual HR audits and external auditors, create.maintain and ensure quality assurance from Human Resoure data sets, implement and drive the standardisation of admiistration processes across the business and ensure periodic audits.
  • Reporting. Responsible for compilation and submission of annual equity reports, annual salary benchmarking reports, annual actuary reports, to prepare presentations upon request.
  • Must have analytics understanding, must be strong with systems and HR background, Management experience, Fluent in English.
