Job Description
- You will work under the supervision of the Commercial Manager Khartoum.
- You will be in-charge of all office and HR coordination for the station.
- You will coordinate all payroll information to local social bureau and provide a range of HR services to a number of assigned departments.
- You will also ensure that HR services are dispensed in an effective manner and according to QR procedures and Sudan Labor Laws.
- You will need a Bachelor degree (preferably in HR and/or Employment Law) combined with a minimum of two years of job related experience within a HR and administration capacity.
- Prior exposure to airlines or within the travel industry would be advantageous.
- You will be an effective communicator with sound organisational and planning skills.
- An ability to deal with confidential information and perform your role with tact and diplomacy are essential.
