- Implement and sustain Code of Conduct and value systems.
- Time Office operations and generating various reports.
- H.R. Monthly Reports as per Hotel Standards.
- Preparing and Conducting Town hall meeting.
- Administrating all Statutory Compliance on regular basis.
- Performance Management System for Staff and Executives.
- Managing Employee Relations, redressing staff personal problems.
- Liaison with Government Agencies.
- Administration of Contract Labour.
- Conducting various welfare activities.
- Rationalize manpower utilization and carryout appropriate right sizing activities.
- Interpreting and advising on employment law.
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Planning, and sometimes delivering, training- including induction for new staff.
- Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
- Prepares budget of human resources operations.
- Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
- Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Responsible for the entire direction of human resources development of the hotel
