- Plan the staffing price range and recruitment
- Ensure that nursing care meets regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve nursing rules and procedures.
- Evaluate nursing personnel overall performance.
- Collaborate with nursing body of workers, higher control and outside agencies in the coordination of patient care.
- Train nursing management body of workers and coordinate instructional packages for sufferers and their households.
- Facilitate meetings with scientific workforce from different departments.
- Ensure that nursing care clinical offerings are assembly patient wishes.
- Implement high-quality guarantee systems.
- Develop new patient care packages.
