- Use troubleshooting strategies and equipment to perceive technical defects/issues.
- Assign incidents in keeping with documented guidelines and processes
- Actively help the purchaser in all factors thru to hassle decision, maintaining the patron knowledgeable and up to date at some stage in life of incident
- Clearly and concisely log and track details of answers furnished to solve customer issue (logs all ACD calls, emails and call-backs) retaining and updating patron database.
- Consistently carry out to set goals.
- Escalate issues consistent with documented procedures, as suitable
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of carrier offerings together with destiny enterprise merchandise and technology.
- Attend required technical education classes and make effective use of assigned lab time.
- Comply with agenda adherence to ensure normal service degree objectives are carried out.
- Identify and provide enter on precise or recurring purchaser troubles.
