Job Description

  • Co-ordinate the picking and packing of customer's orders.
  • Ensure all customers orders are delivered in full and on time.
  • Schedule and action customer deliveries.
  • Manage dispatching of stock to embroidery department.
  • Ensuring all customer orders are dispatched correctly and timeously.
  • Follow up on all overdue sales orders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years’ previous experience in Dispatch Administration essential.
  • Highly computer literate in MS Office with excellent spreadsheet skills.
  • Grade 12 essential.
  • Previous experience with Syspro software advantages but not essential.
