Job Description


  • Organize and coordinate guest house operations to make certain most ef?ciency.
  • Manage the the front of?ce and delegate the function to different body of workers whilst not round.
  • Recruit, supervise and evaluate guest house body of workers according to FOB standards.
  • To oversee the coaching of the guesthouse budgets .
  • Oversee the stock in ?ows and out?ows and ensure a well timed re-ordering / buy.
  • Supervise the procurement policy of FOL insofar as it relates to the guesthouses.  
  • Fully accountable for all the resources inside the guesthouse.
  •  Resolve non — emergency guest troubles and report unusual pastime and incidents to the Head of Finance and Administration.
  • Contact suitable humans in case of an emergency and offer complete a record of action taken .
  • Responsible for taking part in the improvement and implementation of approaches referring to guests.

 Quali?cations:

  • BSc/BA in hospitality management, hotel control or any related path. Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • Experience: A minimal of 2 years’ demonstrated experience in Hospitality management .
  • Solid expertise of hospitality strategies and quality practices  
  • Knowledge of nice requirements (e.G. ISO) is an added benefit  
  • Proven revel in in customer service
  • Pro?cient in MS Of?ce
