- Ensure basic effectiveness and efficiency of the HR Department.
- Overall management of recruitment and selection techniques more mainly recruitment of Executives and Managers.

- Advise management staff on Employment regulation and commercial members of the family.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:- At least 10 years of demonstrated generalist HR enjoy including the capacity to paintings at each operational and strategic stage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- A preceding HRM function held efficiently in a top of the variety luxury accommodations in a faraway place / island would be a bonus
