Job Description

  • Ensure basic effectiveness and efficiency of the HR Department.
  • Overall management of recruitment and selection techniques more mainly recruitment of Executives and Managers.

  • Ensure strict adherence to HR guidelines and approaches and SOPs always
  • Advise management staff on Employment regulation and commercial members of the family.
  • Guide and assist management and HODs in coping with worker schooling and improvement to meet their abilities and aspiration along with the training manager.

  • Ensure advertising of Health & Safety of all personnel.

  • Conduct everyday training needs evaluation and coordinate schooling projects with CHTC and respective Executives/HODs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 10 years of demonstrated generalist HR enjoy including the capacity to paintings at each operational and strategic stage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • A preceding HRM function held efficiently in a top of the variety luxury accommodations in a faraway place / island would be a bonus
  • Influencing, persuading, education and negotiating skills.
